Without volunteers, our campus would be way less fun. It takes hundreds of Feds volunteers to keep our student-run services in operation, to organize clubs, and to execute fun events for UWaterloo undergrads. That's why, every term, we show our gratitude for the amazing students who volunteer with us with the Feds Awards.

“Feds would not be the organization it is without all of our incredible volunteers," said Feds VP Student Life Savannah Richardson. "I feel so lucky to be able to see all the amazing work and passion each of the volunteers has for what they do."

The Feds Awards thank and show appreciation toward all the individuals that volunteer with Feds’ clubs, societies, Students’ Council and events with a fun evening of awards, food and prizes. Awards are presented to exceptional volunteers who go above and beyond in their role, and volunteers enjoy free swag and free food to thank them for their efforts.

Do you know an undergrad who volunteers with Feds and deserves to be recognized? Any student can nominate award candidates until 11:59 p.m. on November 4, 2018. The awards are nomination-based and are reviewed by the Internal Administration Committee, which is housed under the Students’ Council.

The Feds Awards take place on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at The Bombshelter Pub in the Student Life Centre (SLC).

Know somebody who goes above and beyond at Feds? Be sure to nominate them for a Feds Award! If you have been a volunteer with Feds within the past year (winter, spring or fall), don’t forget to get your ticket for the event.
