What is Wrap Up Week?
At the end of each semester, Wrap-Up Week offers undergraduate students at the University of Waterloo a schedule of events designed to help you rest, relax and prepare for the upcoming busy exam period.
Past weeks have touched on exercise, nutrition, study habits, sleep, stress, and more! Each semester the schedule of events changes to best meet students' needs.

We're planning tonnes of free events to help you rest, relax, and prepare before finals:
Pop Up Snack Cart
Throughout Wrap Up Week Feds will be bringing you healthy snacks around campus. This term's Snack Cart will feature a DIY Trail Mix Bar, where you can mix and match different food options to make a trail mix fit for you.
Warrior Wind Down: Yoga
Take 60 minutes to centre yourself with a relaxing yoga class from Feds and Athletics! An instructor from Athletics will be leading a beginner yoga class in the SLC Multipurpose Room.
DIY Energy Bites
Looking for a healthy snack that's easy to grab and will help keep you focused as you study? Take 15 minutes and learn how to make your own energy bites!
Need a massage to help you relax before studying for your final exams? We've got you covered with the opportunity to get a 15 minute FREE massage in the SLC Great Hall

Stand Up to Stigma is once again proud to present YOUR artistic works and performances inspired by the impact and importance of mental health.
