Wellness Days: Positivi-tea


Help us spread positive vibes on campus! Drop by the DC Library for a FREE warm cup of tea and a positive message PLUS you'll have the opportunity to create your own positive message to pass along to a fellow Warrior.


Wellness Days is a new initiative from the Federation of Students, Waterloo Athletics, and Peer Health Education designed to foster an environment that promotes and supports the health and well-being of all who study (and work) at the University of Waterloo.

With a focus on three pillars (physical, mental, and lifestyle), Wellness Days will promote health and wellness on the UWaterloo campus through activities, events, and learning opportunities, reminding students (and staff) to always have wellness as a top priority.
