Wellness Days: Essential Oils Workshop

Interested in learning more about essential oils and how they can be incorporated into your daily life to improve your wellness lifestyle?

We're bringing in an expert to the SLC MPR to give you some knowledge and hands-on experience to learn which oils you could use to help with focus and stamina, reducing stress and anxiety, supporting sleep, boosting your immune system, and more.

This is an educational event based on a topic that is a large part of the current wellness lifestyle conversation. It will focus on what essential oils are and their potential uses and benefits (physical and mental) only; no products will be available for sale during the event.

Wellness Days is a new initiative from the Federation of Students, Waterloo Athletics and Recreation, and Peer Health Education designed to foster an environment that promotes and supports the health and well-being of all who study (and work) at the University of Waterloo.

With a focus on three pillars (physical, mental, and lifestyle), Wellness Days will promote health and wellness on the UWaterloo campus through activities, events, and learning opportunities, reminding students (and staff) to always have wellness as a top priority.
