Flautist Wendy Wagler, cellist Ben Bolt-Martin, and pianist Boyd McDonald together have formed the Springdale Trio. In this concert, they will perform "The Voice of the Whale", by American avant-garde composer George Crumb.

On March 21st, 2018 students voted yes and made their voices heard allowing RAISE (Racial Advocacy for Inclusion, Solidarity, and Equity) to become the newest equity service. RAISE is officially launching in Winter 2019 and we want you to celebrate with us at our official launch party on Wednesday, February 27th.

With the guidance of Velocity Fund $25K winner Erik Lloyd of Brink Bionics, and Patrick Martinson; Velocity Campus Lead Mentor, you will walk away from this workshop ready to create the perfect pitch.

With music as a guide, this concert will examine what it means to be human in a world of remarkable technological advances. Composers include Eric Whitacre, Kile Smith and Jaakko Mäntyjärvi. The UW Choir is a 60 member choir, composed of students, staff, faculty, and alumni.

The UWaterloo Jazz Ensemble consists of approximately 20 jazz aficionados playing standard and non-standard jazz instruments. Directed by Michael Wood, this ensemble will play a wide selection of popular jazz music. Tickets available at the door. Reception to follow.

Six different Instrumental Chamber Ensemble trios will play a lovely selection of classical music. Composers for this term include Brahms, Beethoven, and lesser-known composers such as Von Call, Weber, Rheinberger, and Arensky. Chamber Ensembles are directed by Ben Bolt-Martin.
