Kitchen is available after 3pm, Monday to Friday. Other times must be approved.
The Kitchen rental fee is on a per hour basis.
Kitchen must be booked 3 weeks in advance.
Food warming and transfer equipment available for rent.
3 Simple Rules
Arrive early for a short knife handling and sanitation workshop.
Maximum of 6 people in the kitchen at a time.
Care about your Kitchen, dedicate time for cleanup.*
Safety: Dress like a Chef
Closed toed shoes, preferably non-slip. Off limits: sandals, or heels.
Midriff and legs must be fully covered by clothing. Off limits: shorts, dresses, skirts, crop and tube tops.
No raw food is to be brought into the kitchen, all outside food must be first approved by Kitchen staff.
*Clean up charges may apply if kitchen is not cleaned properly.
