Clubs Important Forms

The Federation of Students (Feds) provides hundreds of part-time jobs for students, encompasses over 150 clubs, and supports academic societies. From the Engineering Society to the Chess Club, there is something for everyone.

This is where you'll be able to download and fill out all of the forms required to run your club. Please note that these are editable PDF files.

Mailing List Subscribe/Unsubscribe

*  Food Vendor Forms must be faxed to the Region of Waterloo at least two weeks before event date
** The completed INews Equipment Rental Contract needs to be emailed to Joanna Whyte or dropped off to the International News staff at least a week in advance for processing

Web Hosting

The Federation of Students offers two types of hosting for clubs:

  • basic server space accessible via SFTP (PHP5 and MySQL5 available)
  • WordPress install

Club domain names are available in the form of [yourclubname].clubs.feds.ca. 

Interested clubs should log in to clubsadmin.feds.ca and submit a website request to Feds IT with their desired hosting option.

All promotional material should contain the above logo (click on the logo to see a bigger size) and follow the guidelines outlined in the Feds Brand Guidelines (PDF) (you can also extract the necessary logos from this document, should you require them). No poster or promotional material can be distributed without the express approval of both the Director of Campus Life and the Director of Marketing and Communications.

A Photoshop file (*.psd) and vector file (*.eps) are provided below to help clubs interested in developing their own promotional materials. The logo should not be edited or changed in any way or form. To download the file, right click the link below and click "Save target as...":
