Important Club Dates for 2012

Clubs, Services, and Societies Days will once again be held from 10-3 in the Great Hall, SLC on the second Thursday and Friday of class, May 10 and 11 from 10 am until 3pm.

The Clubs President Meeting will be in the SLC Multi-Purpose Room on Tues May 8  from 4-5:30pm. The first half hour will be filled with important info that every club needs to know including new policies and opportunities for clubs, how to get a booth at Clubs Days, etc. The last part will be a social where club Presidents can mingle with one another while enjoying free drinks and pizza.  This is a great time to find other clubs to collaborate with this term.

New Exec Training Sessions will be held in SLC 2105 from 4-5pm on May 9, 15 and 17.  These sessions are identical to one another and go over everything you will need to operate your club including banking systems, getting free money, getting free marketing, booking rooms, etc.  These sessions are designed for anyone starting an Executive role within their club.  RSVP’ing is not needed.
