uWaterloo at the 2011 Toronto Pride Parade

The 2011 Toronto Pride Parade is taking place on Sunday, July 3rd.

Pride celebrates our diverse sexual and gender identities, histories, cultures, creativities, families, friends and lives. Join the One Waterloo Campaign in celebrating this diversity by marching with us in the 2011 Toronto Pride Parade. uWaterloo students, staff, faculty, and alumni are invited to join the parade contingent. Participants must wear black and gold to march with uWaterloo. Placards must contain messages that fit with the Parade theme of "Dream Big" (example: My big dream is......).

Bus Information

• Ticket holders must meet at 9:00am sharp in the Davis Centre (DC Atrium).
• Bus leaves Toronto at 9:00pm, returning to the Davis Centre at approximately 10:30pm.

Ticket holders will be provided with:

• Round trip transportation from uWaterloo main campus to the Toronto Pride Parade.
• A uWaterloo at Pride 2011 t-shirt (while supplies last).
• Access to additional costume and placard making materials Sunday morning.
• Bagged lunch *for marchers only*

Tickets for sale:

• In Person - At the Federation of Students Office in the Student Life Centre between 9:00am - 4:00pm weekdays.
• Online - Fill out the form below and click the "Buy Now" button on the next page for payment. Bring proof of payment with you on July 3rd.
